I have been a local primary care & urgent care provider for the past decade and in healthcare for some 34 years now. Northstar creates a new, but old approach to healthcare that is personal, unique, and quaintly different. We offer house calls for primary care for adults and seniors in assisted living, memory care, and nursing homes. These are one to one; thirty minute consults with your provider. We also offer porch calls & wellness checks for the out of state families, private office visits and medical monitoring at home.
We accept most insurances and offer special rates for those without insurance or with high-deductible policies.
